Treated Fresh Air Units
These deliver clean, conditioned outdoor air to improve indoor air quality. TFAs treat outdoor air using filters and condition it to some extent using a cooling system. TFAs are used when the requirement is 100% fresh air with no recirculation of air, or to enable a number of AHUs or other air-conditioning units to fulfil their fresh air needs.
